How to track time in Asana with Day.io
Install extension and login with your account
Download the Day.io extension and install it.
The extension should now appear in your taskbar. Click on it and login into your Day.io account. If you do not have one, you can sign up for free here. Integration with Trello works with a free account.
Enable integration
Download the Day.io extension and install it.
You will need to grant our extension access to Asana.com site. Open Day.io extension and click on the avatar icon to access the Integrations page. Search for Asana and enable it.
Start tracking time in Asana
Download the Day.io extension and install it.
Head over to Asana. You should now see a Day.io icon in the user interface. Clicking on it will open a popup where you can start the timer, add a time entry description, project or tags. You are now tracking time!
View and export time reports in web app
Head over to admin.day.io to view your time entries. When you track time from Asana, we'll copy the task title to the time entry in Day.io.
